We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
